if you didn't "submit final", that's normal. If you did, that may happen from time to time. You can submit again, swapping one or two lines/functions (because if not, a new submission might be grouped with the previous and then, that won't solve the problem)

I've made it such that the order of the factors doesn't matter. As long as you factor correctly, it follows the correct format, and it expands back into the original equation, it should work. Thanks!
